He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Berkoski and Stacia Berkoski; and his brother Leonard Berkoski. He is survived by: his brother Robert Berkoski (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Berkoski, Vince Rocco (Linda) and Joanne Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
