He was predeceased by: his father Butch; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his mother Mary Beverly; his wife Jeanine; his daughters, Marie (Garret), Melony and Mandy (Pranav); his granddaughter Anika; and his siblings, Michael, Evelyn, Julie (John) and Kate (Edgar). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
