She was predeceased by: her son Paul, Jr.; her husband Paul Perechinsky; her birth mother Elizabeth Poli (Wallo); and her adoptive parents, Stephen Phillips and Julia Phillips (Sewack).
She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Carroll of Harding and Richard Poli of Furlong; her daughter Julann Robison (Darryl) of Baltimore; her grandsons, Drew Robison (Sarah) of Baltimore, Matthew Robison (Emmy) of Granger and Christopher Robison (Renee) of Baltimore; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Margot, Nash, Lucy and Jasper.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that any donations be made to the charity of your choice, particularly those benefitting people and families dealing with Alzheimer's disease.
