She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Vitris and Josephine Vitris; and her siblings, Francine Kowalski, Nick, Joe and Frank Vitris.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Edward Zikoski; her daughter-in-law Marcia Tulaney Zikoski of Southampton, PA; her grandsons, Edward John of Miami, FL, Michael Charles of Hamilton, NJ and Bryan Matthew of Abington, PA; her great grandchild Michael Joseph; her siblings, Sam Vitris and Kay Atwood; and her sister-in-law Joan Vitris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
