She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Braunstein and Beatrice Bernstein Braunstein; her sister Rhea Engelmyer; and her son Gary Itzkowitz (Patricia). She is survived by: her sister Judy Goldstein; her children, Ted Itzkowitz (Barbara), Fern Kadoshy (Uri) and Mari Itzkowitz (late Kevin); and her grandchildren, Adam, Avishai (Nadav) and Brete.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Beverly Itzkowitz may be made by planting trees in Israel.
