We announce the death of Carol Ann (Matys) Breymeier of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2026. Carol Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Anthony Matys and Margaret Barbara Matys (Miller); her husband Ronald L. Breymeier; and her son-in-law William Cadwalder. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Cadwalder of Duryea and Sherri Vojack (Walter) of Archbald; her grandchildren, Caitlynn Cadwalder, Christie Harris (Mason), Jordan Cadwalder, Aaron Vojack and Aleah Vojack; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy and Joseph Turkos. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc. (255 McAlpine St, Duryea, PA 18642). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
