We announce the death of Chester J. Banull of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester W. Banull and Ann M. Myak Banull; and his brother-in-law Edward Czymeryk. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Kay" Brittain; his children, Christine Banull (Jake Jukas), Kimberly Casey, Arizona and Brittain Banull (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Casey, Erin Casey, Brittain Banull, Joseph Banull, Veronica Banull, Benjamin Banull and Kevin Banull; and his sister Betty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
