He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bainbridge and Dorothy Reuther Bainbridge. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Dozack; his children, Stacey Pyatt (John), Amy Bainbridge and Will Bainbridge (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ayla, John, Angelo Pyatt, Caleb, Emma and Ronan Bainbridge; his sister Kendra Lewis; and his daughters, Annette and Jen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
