He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Sandy and Grace Gabriel Sandy; his brother Thomas (Roberta); and his son-in-law William Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Anthony of Factoryville; his children, Mary Grace Holmes of Worcester, Mark (Janice) and Angelo (Rosa) of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Ellette, William, David, Shawna and Ryan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Lucy's Church (949 Scranton St, Scranton, PA 18504). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Fairview Memorial Park (111 State Rte 435, Elmhurst Township, PA 18444).
