He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Lowell, Sr. and Margaret Howe (McCarthy) of Madison Twp; his wife Margo Williams; his children, Afton "Renae" Howe and Connor Parry; his siblings, Jason Howe (Izumi), Chris Howe (Tina) and Justin Howe (Christa); his stepdaughters, Gillian Lloyd and Samantha Lloyd; and his grandchildren, Hopelynn, Elizabeth, Sean, Khalyl, Tyaire, Devayah and Zehkari. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
