He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Leroy Rush and Grace Rush (Wurster); and his son Richard Rush. He is survived by: his sons, Brian E. Rush of Laurel Run and Eric J. Rush of Pittston; his grandchildren, Jennifer A. Szumski (Brian), Bryan C. Rush and Bradley J. Rush; and his great grandchildren, Maddy Malloy, Max Szumski and Matthew Szumski.
