He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. "Gene" Carr and Elizabeth Theresa "Betty" Trovitch Carr; his nephew Joseph J. Lestishock; and his brother-in-law Joseph Lestishock. He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie Lestishock of Allentown, PA and James P. Carr of Lancaster, PA.; and his niece Lisa A. Lestishock (Alfonso Estrada) of Oakland, CA.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Mary Mother of God Parish (316 William St, Scranton, PA 18508). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mary Mother of God Parish (316 William St, Scranton, PA 18508).
