He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. "Gene" Carr and Elizabeth Theresa "Betty" Trovitch Carr; his nephew Joseph J. Lestishock; and his brother-in-law Joseph Lestishock. He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie Lestishock of Allentown, PA and James P. Carr of Lancaster, PA.; and his niece Lisa A. Lestishock (Alfonso Estrada) of Oakland, CA.
