She is survived by: her husband Robert Quell Jr.; her children, Robert Quell III of Scranton, Debra Doyle of Scranton and Alice Davis (Edward Blackledge) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Tara McGurrin (Michael), Kelly Norieka (Michael), Timothy Davis Jr., Alexius Davis and Corey Zuil; her great grandchildren, Bella Norieka, Emily, Molly, Michael McGurrin and Lillianna Zuill; her brothers, Tom Hickey (Jane), Joseph Hickey and Gerard Jacquinot Sr. (Maryanne); and her goddaughter Maryalice Jacquinot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry to hear that my friend Evelyn passed away so suddenly . Evelyn always came into the shop with so much excitement and always made me laugh !! She was so much fun !! I will miss her and all the stories she told [ The hairdresser hears everything ] I wasn't exempt from an occasional argument !! I have over 30 years of memories . My sympathy goes out to Bob and Alice , thankyou for bringing her to the shop while she was at the Jewish Home and also all her family . Arthur Plona”
