He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chickillo and Viola Helen Ford Chickillo; and his close friend Audrey McAndrew. He is survived by: his sons, Randy, Floyd Jr. and Melvin; and his siblings, Fred, Walter, Albert, Myron and Mary Ann. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
