He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ciocca and Kunigunda Ciocca (Connie); his brothers, Michael, Thomas and John; and his nephew John Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Dee (Charles Murray), Maria (Joseph Wentline), Mark (Tiffany), Deborah (Matthew McLaughlin) and Karen (Joseph Gerrity); and his in-laws, Judy, Maryann Ciocca and Thomas Jenkins Sr..
