It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Edward Turner of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Ellen Turner (Magill) and Kenneth Turner I; his siblings, Robert Cohen, Michael Turner, Milton Turner, Kenneth (Amanda Turner), Richard (Terri Turner), Betsy Montgomery Turner, Olga Rohan and Sarah Stancavage Turner; and his close friends, Sabrina Matthews and Billy Godlewski. He is also survived by his brother; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
