He was predeceased by: his wife Milinda Gus; his grandparents, Samuel, Ruth Catalano, Accursio and Francesca Leo; his aunt Ann Catalano; and his uncles, Paul Catalano and Pete Fontine.

He is survived by: his parents, Gerard M. Catalano and Cindy Leo Catalano; his brother Gerard "Gerry"; his sister-in-law Ashley Catalano; his aunts, Mary Ellen Fontine, Maria Stevens (Robert), Josephine Leo (Bob Tonkin) and Lisa Catalano; and his uncle Mike Catalano (Patti). He is also survived by cousins, and his many many friends.
