She was predeceased by : her parents, Vincent Fornaszewski and Emilia Fornaszewski (Kowalczyk); her brothers, Vincent "Billy" Fornaszewski and Edward Fornaszewski; her brother-in-law Robert Hanselman; and her niece Lynn Laboranti.

She is survived by : her sister Frieda Hanselman of Blakely; her nephew Randy Fornaszewski (Adirce) of Scranton; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany, Monica, Melissa, Chris, Joseph and Matthew.
