It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Pinnell of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Pinnell and Laverna Bambach Pinnell; and his siblings, Donald Pinnell and June Harris. He is survived by: his fiancée Marilyn Boylan; his pet Odie; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Johns (Lorna), Douglas Pinnell (Karen), Debbie Harris and Leslie York (Larry). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
