He is survived by: his wife Theresa Madonna Polishan Minicozzi; his daughters, Theresa Mary Sweeney (Chuck Petrovich) and Leslie Ann Galacci (Donald); his grandchildren, Zachary M. Jacobson, Saige, Jake, Jaden Sweeney and Wesley James Minicozzi; his sisters, Susan Bean (Buddy) and Mary Lou Sopinski (Paul); his parents-in-law, Frank and Josephine Lorsong Polishan; and his siblings, Naomi Giello, Joann Buchalski and Rocco Minicozzi. He is also survived by his family; esp. the love of his life, his best friend.
