He is survived by: his children, Jamie (Dawn Walton), Jody (April Andrews), Justin (Jennie Andrews) and Stacey Andrews (Laureen); and his grandchildren, Angelyne, Tristian, John, Rachel, Tori, Kyra, Crystal and Lexi.
