She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Lesniak, Sr.; her parents, Alex Calowits and Theresa Calowits (Laytos); and her close friend Thomas Nole. She is survived by: her sons, Robert E. Lesniak, Jr. (Susan) and Glenn Lesniak (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Erica Burns (Justin), Tara Leber (Timothy), Robert Lesniak, Allison Veloso (Ric), Justin Worzel (Vanessa) and Zach Worzel (Danielle). She is also survived by her 15 great grandchildren.
