He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph J "Sarge" Kinney Sr. and Sandra Benza-Kinney; and his uncle Mark Kinney. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph J. Kinney Jr. of Scranton and Jennifer L. Leyc-Milligan of Harvey's Lake; his daughters, Natalia and Milah Kinney; the mother of his children Rachel Ream; his sisters, Selena and Heather; and his aunts and uncles, Jackie and Dave Kinney. He is also survived by 3 nephews and a niece.
