He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kennedy and Marie Walsh Kennedy; and his former wife Mindy Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Marrone; his daughters, Stacy DeRemer (Scott) and Arizona; his grandchildren, Nathan DeRemer, Emma DeRemer and Evelyn Kennedy; and his siblings, Paul Kennedy, Andrew Kuhn, Ann Marie Doran, Ann Marie Gvazdauskas and Sue Kiely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc. (1030 N Main Ave, Scranton, PA 18508).
