She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis J. Ursich and Marion McKeen Ursich. She is survived by: her sons, Fred Kapmeyer (Shannon) and Brian Kapmeyer (Bridget); her grandchildren, William, Abigail, Kevin and Annie; and her brothers, Albert and Robert Ursich of Shohola.
