She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Calpin (Jack); and her parents, Edward Pecor and Helen Pecor. She is survived by: her sister Helen Fogg of New Haven, CT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (1403 Jackson St, Scranton, PA 18504). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marie's name to either Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Road, South Abington Twp., PA 18411, or to St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen, 500 Penn Ave., Scranton, PA 18503.
