She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lysak and Mary Walton Lysak; and her brothers, Eugene, Leonard and Lawrence Lysak.
She is survived by: her children, Eugenia "Gina" Chrzan (Byron Chandler), Steven and Stanley "Chickie" Chrzan (Angela); her sister Regina Lysak; her grandchildren, Kaylee Bachman, Holly, Michael, Skylar Chrzan and Rachel Myers (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Damien and Nathan.
