Czyzyk; her daughter Jana Henderson; her son-in-law Mark Henderson; her grandchildren, Benjamin and Caroline Henderson; her sister Sharon Warunek (James); her sisters-in-law, Sandra Czyzyk and Ann Marie Garvey (Joseph); her nephews, David Warunek (Jennifer), James Warunek (Kathleen), Andrew and Cameron Garvey; and her great-nieces, Sarah, Allison and Lauren Warunek.
