He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Calpin and Patricia O'Malley Calpin; his siblings, Kathy Moran, James and Thomas Calpin; and his brother-in-law Michael Kosar.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Gallagher; his children, Michael (Sandra Lopez), Daniel (Tiffany) and Katie Harding (Thomas); his siblings, Kevin Calpin (Minooka), Bob Calpin (Celeste), Minooka (John Calpin), Patty Regan (Jack) and Mary Ellen Disilvio (Peter) of Newfane, NY; and his sister-in-law Ellen Kosar (John Kearney) of Archbald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (312 Davis St, Scranton, PA 18505). Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
