It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy A. Kishel of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Nancy may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Kishel, Jr.; her parents, Charles Kansavage and Adella Kansavage (Paswinski); her granddaughter Meghan Monahan; and her brother Edward Kansavage.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline A. Monahan (Patrick) and Mark F. Kishel (Anita Segilia) of Moscow; her grandchildren, Patrick Monahan (Emily) of Savage, MD and Maura Froelick (Matthew); and her sister Dolores Decker.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Mary Mother of God Church (316 William St, Scranton, PA 18509).
