He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolo Riggi and Catherine Noto Riggi. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Rigle (Mark) of Swoyersville and Nicole Clemow of Dallas; and his brother Anthony (Dorothy) of Boca Raton, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
