She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sek and Julia Sek (Wegrzyn); her brother John Senk; and her son Laurence. She is survived by: her daughter Julie of Scranton, PA; and her granddaughters, Regina Petrunich of Scranton, PA and Juliana Petrunich (Jules). She is also survived by niece, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and three grandcats.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Regina's memory to Polish National Catholic Church – National Church Center General Fund, 1006 Pittston Avenue, Scranton, PA or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
