He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gower and Mary Sheridan Gower. He is survived by: his children, James Gower of Scranton and Annette Smith (Michael) of Duryea; and his granddaughter Jenna Smith of Duryea.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Maria Goretti Church (42 Redwood Dr, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
