She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Fazio Sr.; her parents, Arthur Bormann and Helen Reber Bormann; her grandson Nicholas Fazio III; and her sister Helen Veneski.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Fazio and Nicholas Fazio Jr. of Scranton; and her brother Roy Bormann (Sharon). She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson; 7 great-grandchildren.
