She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter O. Hoffman and Oleda Hines Hoffman; her daughter Debra Ann Butrymowicz; her husband Paul P. Butrymowicz; and her brother Richard A. Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Richard P. Butrymowicz (Kimberly Valkenburg Butrymowicz), Holly L. Butrymowicz Bardzel (George J.) and Kimberly Butrymowicz Kreamer (Steven W.); her grandson Anderson R. Kreamer (Denver); and her sisters-in-law, Mercedes Dziak Butrymowicz and Mary Ann Butrymowicz Costello. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
