He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Andrejack and Irene Andrejack; and his brother Bernard Andrejack. He is survived by: his children, Kara Dale, Thomas J. Andrejack Jr. and Mark Andrejack (Heather); and his brother John Andrejack. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
