He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Mullen and Theresa Langan Mullen. He is survived by: his siblings, William Mullen, Anne, Theresa Jordan and Marie Juliano; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Juliano and Karen Lee Mullen. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
