It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Talarico (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Geraldine Matteo; his parents, James Talarico and Helen Olchefsky Talarico; and his brothers, Anthony, Dennis, James and Vincent Talarico.

He is survived by: his children, Michele Smith (Daniel J. Sr.), Sheryl Talarico, Pamela Chairge (Thomas J.), Tom Talarico (Patricia Pepers), James A. Talarico II and Scott Twp; his grandchildren, TJ Talarico, Amie Talarico, Jason Talarico, James Talarico Jr., Sara Talarico, Thomas J. Chairge, Daniel J. Smith Jr., Marcy Chairge, Ryan Smith, Vince Talarico, Kiera Baltrusaitis and Ayden Talarico; his daughter-in-law Ann Talarico; and his siblings, Joseph, Francis, Michael, John, Paul, Helen Thomas and Mary Phipps. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

Donations are being accepted in memory of Thomas.
