It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E Williams of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann McLain; his parents, Elmer Williams and Priscella Williams (Thomas); and his siblings, Elizabeth Daquino and Elmer Williams.

He is survived by: his brother Robert Williams of Scranton. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
