He was predeceased by: his father Harry G. Hoffman. He is survived by: his significant other Mickey Hoffman; his sons, William "Chip" Hoffman (Patty) and Scott Hoffman (Jennifer); his grandchildren, J. T. Hoffman, Catherine Kehn (Jeremy), Christin Gentry (Bradley), Robert Hoffman (Hannah), Collin Hoffman and Elise Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Griffin, Aurora and Porter.
