He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Harashinski Lazowski; his parents, Peter Lazowski and Julia Sevka Lazowski; his son William Lazowski Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Ritzie, Patricia Francis, Peter Lazowski Jr. and Andrew Lazowski.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Tokash (Frank) and Michael Lazowski (Donna); his brother Joseph Lazowski; and his grandchildren, Frank Tokash (Kathleen), Nicole Tokash (Pablo), William Tokash, Amy Strauch (Corey), Michael Lazowski Jr. (Nicole) and Mary Martarano (Tim). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
