He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann C. Parry; his parents, William Parry and Charlotte Parry (McHale); and his siblings, Benjamin "Bump" Parry and Charlotte Paone.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Parry (Marion) of Tunkhannock and Carrie Toscano (Joe) of Lake Mary, FL; his brother Eddie Parry (Cindy); his sister-in-law Barbara Parry; and his grandchildren, Billy, Max of Zoe, JT, Marisa and Jake.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in Bill's honor.
