She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joann Primo (Albert), Elizabeth Sabasino and Albert Fantazzi; and her parents, Albert Fantazzi and Theresa Fantazzi.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Vitello; her daughter Elizabeth Velez (Milton Sr.); her grandchildren, Richard DiCristino (Eileen), Stephanie Martinez (Steven) and Milton Velez Jr. (Liza); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Michael and Lorenzo; and her sibling Francis Fantazzi (Laura). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1 Fatima Dr, Secane, PA 19018).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
