He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Farrow and Anne Farrow; his wife Joanna Farrow; his sons, James A. Farrow, Jr. and Steven J. Farrow; and his siblings, Charles A. Farrow, Jr., Theresa Stango, John Farrow and Thomas Farrow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanna Dougherty (Donald), Melissa Farrow and Samantha Flory (Brian); his grandchildren, Emma, Lauren, Caroline, Chloe, Sarah, Abigail, Annie, Laney, Ryan and Jimmy; and his siblings, Anne Falco, Mary Barmes, Patrick Farrow and Francis Farrow. He is also survived by his in-laws, the Hoesch Family, many nieces, nephews, friends and I. B. E. W. brothers.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (1101 Main St, Darby, PA 19023). A Mass was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
