He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McGrath and Flora McGrath; his wife Virginia "Ginny" McGrath (Decker); his stepson Edwin LaFumee; his son-in-law Thomas Dunbar; and his sisters, Susan Fortune and Barbara Kozel.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kit Dunbar; his grandchildren, Crystal, Jamie, Kelly, Eddie, Damian and Michael; his sister Nancy Martin; his sibling's children, Laura, Lisa, Rob, Michael and Christopher; and his friend Tommy Callaghan. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
