She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Brien and Mildred O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Barry Fachet; her siblings, Eugene O'Brien and Carol Pontack; and her siblings' children, Debbie Carpenter (Beth Morgan), Carolyn Petrosky (Bill), Matthew Carpenter and Felicia Longoria. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
