She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Dale Leitzel and Judith Ann Leitzel (Kissinger). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Mitzel (Gary), Toni Sponsler (Kevin) and Douglas King (Colleen); her nieces and nephews, Braxton, Adderly, Owen, Dillan and Lexie; and her pet Austin. She is also survived by friends, coworkers.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
