She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Peters and Ruth E. Peters (Hassinger); her husband Thomas R. Reed; her son Chris A. Johnson; her granddaughter Jennifer E. Johnson; and her siblings, Catherine A. Derr, Harold, Charles A., Archie M. and Marlin E. Peters.
She is survived by: her son Todd; and her daughter-in-law Michele Johnson. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Shirley was an avid animal lover, the family request that contributions in her memory be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Road, Sunbury, PA 17801.
