Billups (Carmen Oana); his grandsons, Adam and Aaron; and his sisters, Joyce France of Westminster, MA, Patricia Billups of Dallas, TX, Kathy Leary of Albuquerque, NM and Christie Billups of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by his son and grandsons.
