Williams of Seminole, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Wolbert and Mabel Rhoades Wolbert; her former husband Cecil E. Seamens; her husband Mynferd "Myn" Williams; her son Francis Seamens; her stepdaughter Madelyn Cole; and her siblings, Betty Eckman, Bill and Harold Wolbert.
She is survived by: her son Bill Seamens (Mona Aites) of Corry; her stepchildren, Rebecca Arnink (Jack) of Union Springs, N. Y., Sylvia Skalos of Conneaut, Phyllis Nelson of Corry, Terry Williams of Corry, Jerry Williams (Bobbi) of Corry and Joe Williams (Donna) of Rochester, N. Y; and her grandchildren, Billi Jo, Heather, Peggy, Pam and Chris. She is also survived by many stepgrandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
